TILE INSTALLATION BATHROOM REMODELING
What are you looking for in a bath design? How do you go about achieving your bathroom
design goals? Most people already have an idea of what they would like to see in their
new bathrooms but can’t quite figure out the details.
My job is to facilitate your bathroom remodel choices by consulting with you on the design
materials to be used. Selecting the colors and textures to be included in the remodel
project and implementing my design plans to meet your goals.
Depending on your lifestyle, family and square foot of space, your master bath or main
bathroom renovation should be a place to retreat to after a long stressful day.
A jetted soaking tub will help relieve the stress as will a steam shower which helps to
detox the body and mind.
Think color and what comes to mind? Everyone has a favorite. Why not use that as the
focal point or accent. Color well chosen enhances our mood and helps in our quest to relax
and be at one with ourselves. Green is the favorite color that my client decided on when
she was building her new bathroom. The tile installation included green glass tile as the
bathroom focal point.
In choosing bathroom tile keep in mind the function and durability along with the beauty
and pattern. For instance polished stone tile in a steam shower unit will wear down so a
better choice would be a porcelain tile.
The use of quality decorative glass tile can be costly for the tiles and labor for the
installation. Using glass tile as an accent as I did in this bathroom design can achieve the
desired feel and at the same time keep the budget from expanding.

space, drywall installation, textruing
and painting.
The tile installation included
porcelain tile with a linen finish.
The shower base is tiled with
pebble tiles for a cool foot massage.

This shower tile installation in gray
porcelain tile was part of a bathroom
remodeling job that included removing
an existing bathroom closet in order to
build the shower stall.
The shower pan tile installation is 2x2
stone tile that is sealed with a stone
impregnator.
