The homeowner called us because her shower was leaking and
her plumber told her that the shower pan was the problem.
She owned the home for about two years before the shower
started to leak into her office ceiling below.
The bathroom recently had been added to the upstairs master
bedroom making it a master suite. This normally adds value to
your home however the materials chosen for the addition and the
fashion in which the work was done left much to be desired.
Adding glass tile as an accent to the design did much to help the
budget and at the same time added flavor to the bathroom decor.
Buying ceramic tile was good for her budget. The shower floor
was tiled in a 2x2 slate tile just to add the design punch the
bathroom needed.

remodeling was installed with marble tile. Marble
tile is not the first choice in a steam shower.
In time the polish finish on the marble or granite will
become dull as pictured here.

discoloration of the tile along with the leaking that
had been taking place.
